Extended Christmas gift returns

You can return unwanted or unsuitable items bought between 27 September and 24 December 2023 until 23 January 2024.

If you need one, don’t forget to ask for a gift receipt in store or choose this option at online checkout.

All our other returns terms and conditions apply. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Our returns policy

You can return or exchange unwanted items up to 35 days after purchase.

Items must:

• Be unused and in their original condition (including all labels and tags intact)
• Not contain personal data or have been manufacturer-registered (for phones, tablets, computers, etc)
• There are some items that we can't return or exchange unless faulty. Read our return policy to find out more

 

How to Return

Simply bring the item to your local John Lewis & Partners shop with proof of purchase e.g. receipt, delivery note or order number.

If you purchased your item in one of our John Lewis & Partners shops, you can only return it to a John Lewis & Partners shop.

We're unable to accept returns at John Lewis & Partners Swindon Outlet.
